Cupping

Evidence suggests the practice of cupping dates back to as early as 3000 BC. In this harmonizing therapy, a series of glass cups is lightly heated to create a vacuum when placed on the client’s back. The resulting suction causes the pores to open, stimulating blood flow and balancing and realigning qi energy.

Cups are generally used dry for pain and cold, and with oil for musculoskeletal issues.
